Biography
Dr. Kyongji “KJ” Han is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management. She earned
her Ph.D. from the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers, the State
University of New Jersey. Before joining UT Tyler, Dr. Han served as an Assistant
Professor of HRM at the Hankamer School of Business of Baylor University. Her research
interests include strategic human resource management, employee ownership programs
and compensation, the impact of HR practices on employee attitudes and behavior. She
has taught various course in management and HRM, including strategic HRM, compensation,
organizational behavior, and leadership.
