Biography

Mrs. Clem has spent 11+ years in the professional field of Human Resources and 4 years teaching at the University level at The University of Texas at Tyler.  She provides consulting to local businesses as needed, and partners with community leaders and organizations to conduct HR projects with undergraduate students.  She is also the Faculty advisor to the Student SHRM Chapter on campus.  Her teaching philosophy is "Building Confident Through Connection" and she loves to engage with students in a fun-filled classroom environment, face-to-face and online, while building strong, long-lasting relationships.

Outside of her teaching responsibilities, Mrs. Clem loves to spend time with her twins and husband and enjoys reading a good book, whenever the moment presents itself.  She also enjoys singing on the worship team at her church congregation and serving those around her.  If you ever hear someone humming or singing in the building, or clomping down the hallway in high-heels, more than likely it is her!
