Biography:

Dr. Devine is native Texan, though completed her medical degree at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. After medical school, she moved to Dallas where she spent nearly a decade at the University of Texas Southwestern completing her residency and fellowship training and then working as an assistant professor in the division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.

In 2015, Dr. Devine moved to UT Tyler Health Science Center. She is active in  numerous graduate medical education and training programs. Dr. Devine has received several teaching awards and led numerous clinical research trials. She is particularly interested in pulmonary infections and in interstitial lung disease. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, who are usually up to some kind of mischief.
