Community Health Worker Training Center
The University of Texas at Tyler Health Science Center is a Texas Department of State Health Services certified CHW Training Center and offers CHW certification and Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for both CHWs and CHW Instructors.

- 160 contact hours of classroom applications following a weekly schedule
