Dr. Michelle Beall, Pharm.D., serves as the Director of Outpatient Pharmacy Practice Experiences at the University of Texas at Tyler Ben & Maytee Fisch College of Pharmacy (FCOP), a role she assumed in June 2024. Her responsibilities include overseeing outpatient experiential education quality, acting as a liaison between the FCOP and experiential sites, serving as a campus administrator for Peers Against Tobacco, and serving as faculty advisor for the Texas Pharmacy Association – Academy of Student Pharmacists.
Before joining UT Tyler, she held various leadership roles within the pharmacy department at a regional chain grocery store. There she built and led a clinical pharmacy team, managed immunization and medication therapy management programs, and established the company’s Pharmacy Innovation Learning Lab.
Dr. Beall's clinical expertise spans adult immunizations, point-of-care testing, medical device education, preventative health assessments, and opioid risk mitigation. She has received numerous accolades, including the W.T. Brookshire Excellence Award (2021) and Texas Pharmacy Association Pharmacist of the Year (2019).
As an active member of professional organizations such as the American Pharmacists Association (APhA), the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP), and the Texas Pharmacy Association (TPA), she has held multiple leadership positions, including TPA past-President and PharmPAC Board of Trustees. Her scholarly contributions include presentations on motivational interviewing, medication therapy management, and utilizing layered learning in the community setting.
With a career marked by impactful initiatives and a dedication to mentoring future pharmacy professionals, Dr. Beall continues to foster excellence in patient care, education, and professional advocacy.
