Academic Space

Classrooms/academic space is available for reservation and use ONLY by registered student organizations, faculty, staff, UT Tyler colleges, schools, departments or other budgeted agencies.

View rooms for pictures, capacity and features. Basic classroom technology includes the following:

• Teaching Lectern
• Instructor PC
• Data/Video Projector
• Screen
• Document Camera
• Zoom Capabilities

UT Tyler faculty and staff can request academic space using Astra. Quick video tutorials can be found here.

Registered student organizations need to request space through Patriots Engage. Patriot Engage Training Video Tutorials are available if needed. Video tutorials to Navigate Scheduling Grid in Astra are available as well.
