Professional Development Resources

• SkillSoft Percipio - Required Compliance training and An Immersive Learning Platform - This application is used for all new employee compliance training and annual compliance training.  Additionally, all employees will have access to a large selection of courses, books, videos, and learning paths through Percipio to assist them in their professional development. To log in, navigate to https://uttyler.percipio.com and use your UTT computer login credentials.  *Please note, some employees have non-employee assignments for access reasons at UTT or HSC.  To access SkillSoft Percipio, employees will need to use the login credentials associated with their employee account. **Clinical employees will access all compliance training through the HealthStream system currently used for Epic Training.
• University of Texas Employee Assistance Program (UTEAP) - Along with providing confidential counseling services, the UTEAP also offers online articles and trainings in a variety of subjects, from parenting to professional development.
• Alison.com - Alison is a free online training and education platform that focuses on workplace skills.
