Employee Scholarship Program

UT Tyler supports employees and their families who choose to continue their education. Faculty and staff who choose to pursue or continue their college education—as well as eligible spouses and dependents of employees—can receive assistance.

Employee Scholarship Program Guidelines and Procedures - this document includes guidelines, eligibility requirements, and procedures for each available scholarship.

Employee Scholarship Program Application - Announcement for application availability will be made two (2) weeks before the stated deadline for each semester.  

Deadlines to submit employee / spouse / dependent application(s): 

Fall: August 1
Spring: December 1
Summer: May 1

How to enroll:

1. Complete the Employee Scholarship Program Application. NOTE: An application form is required for each individual applying for each semester. An announcement will be sent once applications are being accepted before each deadline.  

2. Complete applications must be sent to the HR Office via email, by the deadline. **If submitting by utilizing Docusign, please send the completed form directly to Rhonda Toole.
