Deadlines for Guidance Counselors/Administrators:

Fall 2023 Registration:

• February: Dual Credit Coordinators will reach out to schools for course choices. We will set up meetings or phone calls.

• March: Course choices are due by the end of month.

• April: MOUs will be sent out to school. Once MOUs are executed, registration can begin.

• April/May: Dual Credit registration begins.

• June/July: Dual Credit Summer Trainings.

• August: Dual credit registration ends August 17. All registration forms must be turned in by this date.

• Payment deadline for tuition: August 18 by 5 pm.

• First day of Classes: August 21.

Spring 2024 Registration:

• September: Dual Credit Coordinators will reach out to new schools for course choices. Dual Credit Coordinators will check in with schools with executed MOUs about registration.

• November: Dual Credit Registration begins.

• December: Dual Credit registration ends December 22. All registration forms must be turned in by this date.

• January: Payment deadline for tuition: January 12 by 5 pm.

• First day of Classes: January 16.
