About Homecoming Week

Start a New Student Organization

If you'd like to form a new organization, contact the Department of Student Engagement for more information.

Complete your registration with these simple steps:

Identify five authorized representatives for your student organization.
Select a faculty/staff adviser.
Complete the student organization registration form.
Submit via email a copy of your constitution, risk management policy and chapter roster in the registration form.
Representatives and advisers must attend one of our student organization orientation sessions (attendance is required annually for all five authorized representatives and the faculty/staff adviser). You may attend a make-up session by contacting Student Engagement at getconnected@uttyler.edu.
