Lost/Stolen P2 Card

Mobile P2 Card

If the mobile device(s) you use for your Mobile P2 Card (Student ID) becomes lost or stolen, you must log into the P2 Portal and deactivate the device(s).

  1. Go to the P2 Portal and sign in with your Patriots email & password
  2. Select Card Services at the top of the page
  3. On the Deactivate Card page, select the number with either "phone" and/or "watch" to the side
  4. Click "Deactivate Card"
  5. You will receive an email confirmation once complete

Physical P2 Card

If your physical P2 Card (Student ID) becomes lost or stolen, you must log into the P2 Portal and deactivate the card.

  1. Go to the P2 Portal and sign in with your Patriots email & password
  2. Select Card Services at the top of the page
  3. On the Deactivate Card page, select the card number at the bottom of the list; do not select the number that contains your student ID number
  4. Click "Deactivate Card"
  5. You will receive an email confirmation once complete

 

Once your previous card is deactivated, you may either:

Come to the One-Stop Services Center (STE 230) to get a new card; a $25 replacement ID fee will be charged.

OR

Follow instructions on our Mobile P2 page to add your student ID to your Mobile device free of charge.
