Have you been compromised?
How to tell if your email account has been compromised in a breach
Enter your personal and/or work email address via the link below
If the results indicate your email has been involved in a breach, we recommend the following:
- Change your password on the site involved in the breach.
- If you have re-used the same password on multiple sites - change all passwords to something unique. You should always avoid re-using passwords across multiple sites.
- If the site offers two-factor or multi-authentication, consider enabling this option (especially if the site contains sensitive payment or personal information related to you or someone in your family). NOTE: This is a method of confirming a user's identity only after successfully presenting two or more pieces of evidence, such as something you have or something you know.
- You may wish to consider using a password manager to store and manage your passwords for various online accounts in an encrypted format.
