Mathematics Four-Year Degree Plan

This page contains a detailed plan for students to finish the Mathematics BS in exactly four years (or eight semesters). This plan assumes a student matriculates in the fall semester and they are ready to take Calculus I in their first semester at UT Tyler. If you do not meet the prerequisites for Calculus I and/or you are placed into Precalculus in your first semester, you will need to speak to an advisor in the Department of Mathematics about how to adjust your schedule of subsequent math courses.
