UT Tyler has a block of seven apartment buildings directly across the street from the campus at the Foundry.  
These apartments are considered UT Tyler managed properties, provided through Housing & Residence Life, the same as our other on campus apartments. 
 

UT Tyler Select - The Foundry Apartments

$4,388 per semester; Large One-Bedroom Apartment (528 sq. ft.) 

$4,163 per semester; Small One-Bedroom Apartment (420 sq. ft.)  

$3,600 per person, per semester; Two-Bedroom Two-Bath Apartment w/roommate (840 sq. ft.)  

Amenities at the UT Tyler Select – Foundry apartments 

• Student allowed to waive the required housing meal plan requirement.
• Free parking outside of apartment
• All utilities included, along with internet and cable.
• Full kitchen with all appliances including, stove/oven, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, microwave oven.
• Furnished with Twin XL bed, dresser, desk with chair, and dining room table.
• Gated community.  University Police will patrol & respond to the community, as per usual policy with other UT Tyler managed properties.
• Opportunity for free laundry
• Pet friendly community ($400 non-refundable pet fee)
• Dog park, for approved pets.
• Sand volleyball court
• Community pools for residents
• RAs and Residence Coordinator living on-site.
• All UT Tyler policies and Student Code of Conduct are applicable to this community.
• Students can self-select their roommate or be placed randomly with a roommate (each student has their own private bedroom).
