The Office of Research, Scholarship, and Sponsored Programs (ORSSP) is committed to providing excellent pre-award, post-award, and compliance services to support both experienced research faculty and new investigators. • Provide assistance in proposal development, including proposal templates and guidelines upon request.

• Facilitate partnerships and collaborations with other institutions, funding agencies, foundations, and businesses.

• Identify funding opportunities.

• Provide programmatic, fiscal, and institutional policy information.

• Provide assistance in budget development.

• Provide salary information, indirect cost rates, and fringe rates.

• Review draft budgets and verify final budgets.

• Provide specialized proposal review services.

• Review proposals for compliance with funding notice requirements.

• Assist funded investigators and project directors with post-award management.

• Provide pre-award, post-award, and compliance training workshops.

• Provide support with the processes involved in protection of intellectual property and technology transfer.
