“Through UT Tyler’s HRD MS program, I connected with faculty who supported and encouraged me. That experience led me to apply for the HRD PhD program and its unique cohort concept. In the cohort concept, you are part of a small group of students that work as a team. This allows you to create a bond with other students and commit to each other's success.”
