Technology Support

We support the academic endeavors of students, faculty and staff by providing an information-technology based environment composed of the necessary computing resources and related support.

We have a Zoom channel available with staff ready to assist you.

The Zoom Channel is accessible by clicking on the Orange tile "Contact Technology Support"

When you join the Zoom meeting you will be in a waiting room and we will get to you as quickly as possible. 

Please have a valid ID to verify your identity in case we need to reset your password.

If you are unable to use Zoom, please send us an email to itsupport@uttyler.edu or come by USC 118 and we will work with you to use other support methods.

Please NOTE the instructions below when emailing Technology Support at itsupport@uttyler.edu. 

  • Do NOT send your password.
  • Do NOT send your Social Security Number.
  • Be sure to include your full name, and student ID number when requesting assistance. If you have an alternate email address please send your email from that account.
