If you need your name changed, extension changed, or if you are having problems with your phone:
- Submit an IT Ticket: HelpNow
- Include your name and 4-digit extension.
International Calling Instructions
To make an international call from campus:
- Dial "9" for an outside line
- Enter "011" for the international long distance access code
- Enter the country code
- Enter the city code (if required)
- Enter the phone number of the party you are calling
Example:
To call 699-2746 in Paris, France, you would dial 9-011-33-1-699-2746
Note that 33 is the country code for France and 1 would be the city code for Paris.
How to Use My Voicemail On and Off Campus
For on-campus voicemail:
- Press the "messages button"
- A voice recording will ask for your PIN. The PIN will be your voicemail password. (Default PIN is 12345#)
- If you enter your PIN incorrectly, it will ask you for your ID then your PIN. The ID is your 4-digit extension.
For off campus voicemail:
- Call your office phone and wait until you hear the voicemail prompt
- Press Star (*) and a voice recording will ask for your ID and PIN
- The ID will be your 4-digit extension, and your PIN will be your voicemail password
- (Default PIN is 12345#)

Access Unity Voicemail
- Press the messages button on your phone.
- Enter your passcode followed by the # sign.
- To Listen to Your Message: Press 1
To Send a Message: Press 2
To Review Old Messages: Press 3
To Change Setup Options: Press 4
Change Setup Options
- Press the messages button on your phone.
- Enter your passcode followed by the # sign.
- Press 4 to change setup options.
- To Change Greetings: Press 1.
To Change Passcode: Press 3 then press 1.
To Change Recorded Name: Press 3 then press 2.
While Listening to Message
Press:
1: Restart Message
2: Save Message
3: Delete Message
4: Slow Playback
6: Fast Playback
7: Rewind Message
9: Fast-forward Message
#: Skip to End of Message & Options
##: Skip to Next Message
After Listening to Message
Press:
1: Replay Message
