Biography


Dr. Jennifer Lane is an accomplished educator and leader with over a decade of experience in K-12 and higher education. Her expertise spans instructional supervision, curriculum development, and school improvement using Improvement Science principles. Dr. Lane’s scholarly work bridges theory and practice, focusing on leadership development, instructional coaching, and second language acquisition. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Practice at The University of Texas at Tyler, she contributes to the preparation of future educators and educational leaders while maintaining an active research agenda and engaging in service to the profession.
