The UT Tyler Master of Science in engineering leadership teaches the fundamentals of business and project management and helps you build leadership skills to provide expert direction in modern technology-focused industries.
The Master of Science in engineering leadership program is tailored to individual student needs and is structured and scheduled to serve full-time and part-time graduate students, as well as the continuing education needs of practicing engineers. The program includes courses of particular interest to engineers currently working in or preparing for a career in engineering research and development or electrical engineering practice. Graduates of the UT Tyler Master of Science in engineering leadership program will be prepared to assume leadership roles as an aerospace engineer, electrical engineer, engineering manager, industrial engineer, industrial production manager, management analyst, materials engineer, mechanical engineer and project management specialist, among others.
