Dr. Michael Barnett Title: Assistant Professor of Psychology, Director of Memory Assessment and Research Center and Aging, Neuropsychology, and Technology Lab Department: Psychology & Counseling Degrees: Ph.D. Counseling Psychology, University of Houston Research and Professional Interest: My research focuses on applying novel technologies, such as virtual reality, to the neuropsychological assessment of neurocognitive functioning among older adults. Allyson Coldiron Degree: MS in Clinical Psychology, University of Texas at Tyler Research and Professional Interest: My research interests focus on developing novel measures for clinical neuropsychological evaluations with older adult populations to improve the assessment of everyday abilities and better address client concerns, including risk for financial exploitation.

Logan Guillory Degree: BS in Psychology, McNeese State University Research and Professional Interest: My research revolves around how intrinsic and extrinsic factors can affect an individual’s performance on neuropsychological assessments, positively or negatively.

Rebekah Griffin Degree: BS in Psychology, University of Texas at Tyler Research and Professional Interest: I am interested in research on implementing technology into neuropsychological assessments in older adults as well as the psychological aspects of aging.

Harrison Boynton Degree: BA in Psychology, University of Texas at Tyler Research and Professional Interest: My research interests involve using novel technology to develop more sensitive, accurate, and ecologically valid neuropsychological assessments of older adults suffering from neurocognitive disorders, such as Alzheimer’s.
