If you applied to the doctoral program before but did not finish your application or did not attend, you must submit a new graduate school application to be considered again: UT Tyler Graduate School.

Transcripts: If anything has changed since the last time you submitted your transcript, you must submit a new one. Otherwise, you do not need to resubmit it. 

GMAT and GRE scores: If your previously submitted scores are now over five years old, you will need to retest and submit new scores.

TOEFL and IELTS scores: Submit new scores only if something has changed since the last time you submitted scores. 

Resubmission of the following is optional but recommended: 

• Career Statement
• Curriculum Vita or Resume
• Recommendation Letters
