International Education Week

International Education Week

International Education Week (IEW), November 18 through 22, 2024, is an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. This joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences.

Events will include our annual IEW Flag Walk, an international-themed photo contest, exhibit, and essay competition! University departments are also encouraged to create their own IEW events! Complete the IEW Event Form to feature your event on this official homepage. Let’s make IEW 2024 an unforgettable celebration of global learning!
