May I change my room or facility?

Students may submit room change request during for different time periods each academic year. 

  1. Students can submit room change requests prior to move in, by emailing housing. Requests are reviewed on a first come, first serve basis pending space availablity and are not guaranteed. Students will be able to submit these request up until 10 days before move in.
  2. Room change request reopen starting after the census date for each semester (Fall, Spring) and are open until the Friday before the last two weeks of the semester.These requests may be submitted via the Room Change Request form found on the Housing Portal. Room change requests are processed by the Residence Coordinator (RC) of the student's current residential facilty, students can contact their RCs with questions regarding room change request status.   3. At semester room change requests can be submitted via the Room Change Request on the Housing Portal for students wanting to move rooms for the Spring semester. These request open after the regular term room change request close. At semester room change requests are processed by the Housing and Residence Life office. Requests are reviewed on a first come, first serve basis pending space availablity and are not guaranteed.
