Commencement Registration (MarchingOrder)

Register through MarchingOrder starting Tuesday, June 18th, 2024 at 10:00am CST

• If you do not plan to participate, you must indicate this on the Commencement Registration through MarchingOrder.
• You are welcome to make as many changes as you would like until it closes on Wednesday, July 17th, 2024 at 11:59pm CST.

Ceremony 1 – College of Arts and Sciences, School of Health Professions, School of Medicine, School of Nursing

8:00AM – Faculty Marshals and Faculty Check-in & enjoy light refreshments at the Faculty Café (FAC 1029)

• 8:15AM – Faculty Marshals report to Student Check-In station.
• 9:00AM – Ceremony Starts

 

Ceremony 2 – College of Education and Psychology, College of Engineering and Soules College of Business

• 12:00PM – Faculty Marshals and Faculty Check-in & enjoy light refreshments at the Faculty Café (FAC 1029)
• 12:15PM – Faculty Marshals report to Student Check-In station.
• 1:00PM – Ceremony Starts

Regalia (cap & gown)

Doctoral, Professional, & Masters

• Purchases: faculty need to fill out the Regalia Purchase Form and submit to UT Tyler Bookstore via SM782@bncollege.com before the Monday, July 1st , 2024, deadline.
• Rentals: faculty need to fill out the Regalia Rental Form and submit to UT Tyler Bookstore via SM782@bncollege.com before the Monday, July 1st , 2024,deadline.
