Family Day 2025
Family Day 2025!
March 8th, 2025 9am-9pm
Registration includes all food provided during the day, programming for Family Day, 1 T-shirt per registered guest (S-3XL), and complimentary HPC access for the day. Tickets are available for purchase starting January 21st, 2025! There will be a late fee imposed for late registrations.
Students can register for free and they can purchase a t-shirt at Family Day check-in the morning of the event.
Registration Timeline
| Registration Opens | January 21st, 2025 | Registration for Family Day opens at early bird pricing, Family Association members receive additional discount code in their email |
| Late Fee Registration | February 18th, 2025 | Family Day registration late fee will be applied to the ticket cost |
| Registration Closes | February 28th, 2025 | Family Day registration will close and no additional ticket sales will be available |

Schedule:
9:00-10:00am: Check-in for Family Day (location: O-hall breezeway)
10:00am-12:00pm: Campus Clean Up Hosted by Leadership & Service
12:00-1:00pm: Build your own lunch box
1:00-2:00pm: Rotational Activities (Bingo, Trivia, Musical Chairs)
2:00pm: UT Tyler Baseball vs. West Texas A&M (location: Irwin Field) Greek & Family tailgate hosted by Office of Greek Affairs
5:00pm: UT Tyler Baseball vs. West Texas A&M (location: Irwin Field)
7:00-9:00pm: Mocktails & Masterpieces (Painting with a Twist Longview hosts 1.5 hr painting class with provided supplies, entertainment, mocktails, and prizes!)
