Parent and Family Programs

To join the Family Association, please fill out the following form. Your Family Association Welcome Package will be sent to the address provided within the following business week. Your Welcome Package will include promotional items, as well as your Family Association membership card.

Memberships are per parent/family member. If you are registering another family member in your household, please fill out an additional form. Questions about payments can be sent to parents@uttyler.edu.
