Mission Statement

The University of Texas at Tyler Office of Legal Affairs supports the university’s mission to provide a uniquely balanced student experience in an environment of innovative teaching and research. The Office of Legal Affairs manages most legal services including legal advice, litigation, negotiation, contract reviews and TPIA requests for our clients: the university’s faculty, staff and administrators. Our mission is to provide timely legal assistance with a focus on customer service.
