• Contact ieli@uttyler.edu to receive the Application Form. There is an application fee of $130 USD. This fee will need to be paid prior to issuance of the Letter of Acceptance. You can determine how you would like to pay in the application.
  • Required documents:
    • Photo page of your passport. 
    • Copy of the most recent diploma or school transcript
    • English proficiency test scores are required to determine placement level:
      • Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
      • Pearson Test of English (PTE)
      • International English Language Testing System (IELTS)
      • Duolingo English Test
• A student ID will be created for you within a few days. You will be provided with instructions and your ID in an email, so make sure to add ieli@uttyler.edu to your contacts to not miss any important messages. 

Applicants will be contacted by the IELI Head Instructor with reminders for placement testing and orientation via email. The invoice will be emailed to you the week prior to class start. Fees are due by the end of the first week of classes. A payment plan is available.
