Office of Continuous Improvement and Accreditation

The UT Tyler Continuous Improvement and Accreditation (CIA) Office mission is to lead assessment support and collaborative continuous quality improvement in partnership with the UT Tyler Assessment Team (ATeam). The CIA Office supports the UT Tyler Mission and Strategic Plan, Rise as One.

The CIA Office values that undergird all assessment practices include:

CIA staff serve as campus administrators for the the university assessment management platform and the Qualtrics survey platform. University-level surveys such as the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE), the UT Tyler Graduation Exit Surveys, and faculty evaluation of administrators are coordinated through the AIE office.
