• All applicants must of 18 years of age and present a current state issued id with current address information.
• Be a resident of one of the following counties: Smith, Wood, Henderson, Upshur, Rusk, Cherokee, Anderson, Gregg, Henderson, and Van Zandt
• Library cards are non-transferable
• Library databases are only accessible on a public computer. Two computers are available for public use; please visit the Help Desk for assistance.
• Printing is $.10 per page
