Research Interests
My research focuses on transdiagnostic processes relevant to psychological difficulties
and well-being from the contextual behavioral science perspective. Contextual behavioral
science encompasses strategies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, self-compassion,
mindfulness, and others. I am also interested in digital mental health and strategies
to improve the reach of behavioral science.
