The University of Texas at Tyler Patriot Singers will perform an evening of dynamic choral music at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 29, in the UT Tyler Longview University Center's Garland Hall, Dr. Michael Thrasher, School of Performing Arts director, announced.
The premiere choral ensemble of UT Tyler, the Patriot Singers are well known for their beautiful repertoire and vibrant concerts spanning sacred Renaissance works to contemporary vocal jazz. Among their many highly-attended concerts was a recent combined performance with the Grammy-winning Swingle Singers.
The Patriot Singers are conducted by Dr. Cameron Rose, UT Tyler director of choral activities.
