The University of Texas at Tyler will offer two “Meet The Graduate School” information sessions for prospective graduate students this summer, Dr. William Geiger, graduate school dean, announced.
“Meet the Graduate School: Featuring the UT Tyler School of Education” will be 6 – 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 24. “Meet the Graduate School: Featuring the UT Tyler College of Business and Technology" will be 6 – 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 1. Both sessions will be held at the UT Tyler University Center Ballroom.

“We wanted to offer prospective students the opportunity to come to campus after 5 p.m., since many of our graduate students are working professionals,” said Dr. Alecia Wolf, assistant dean of The Graduate School at UT Tyler. “These events give them the opportunity to get information about our graduate programs, speak personally with program faculty and advisers, learn about admission requirements and the application process and to enjoy dinner in a relaxed atmosphere.”
Prospective graduate students are encouraged to invite a friend to accompany them, Wolf added.
