Nursing faculty at The University of Texas at Tyler will participate in a women’s heart health summit for East Texas Medical Center.

Drs. Belinda Deal, Danice Greer, NaRisa Waldo and Rebecca Fountain, assistant professors in nursing, will serve as guest speakers.

“Bless Your Heart!” will be 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Thursday, April 25 at the ETMC Pavilion, located at 801 Clinic Drive in Tyler.

The summit will provide information to help women understand and lower their risk for heart disease.

Other sponsors include ETMC, Medtronic and Tyler Cardiovascular Consultants.
