The University of Texas at Tyler will hold a public screening of the award-winning
documentary “The Invisible War” in recognition of National Sexual Assault Awareness
Month, Kim Harvey-Livingston, director of student services, announced.
The event, which is sponsored by the UT Tyler Veterans Resource Center and Office
of Student Health and Wellness, begins at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 24 in the UT Tyler
University Center theater.
Directed by Academy Award nominated director Kirby Dick, “The Invisible War” is a
groundbreaking investigative documentary about the epidemic of rape within the U.S.
military.
