The UT Tyler Enrollment Services Center is expanding during phase II of implementation to provide student cashiers services and a queuing system.

Beginning Monday, Oct. 14, students can take care of their financial transactions at the ESC, which is located on the second floor of the Stewart Administration Building. This will be the first time in the university’s history that all student enrollment services needs can be met in one location.

Faculty and staff will continue to utilize the cashiers office in ADM 125 for campus business services.

“The Enrollment Services Center has been a tremendous help to students by providing quality and efficient customer service,” said Rosemary Cooper, UT Tyler director of enrollment services.

Phase II of the ESC implementation also includes a self-service kiosk that will allow students to check in and request enrollment services, eliminating the need to stand in line. Students will be notified when they are to be served via a television monitor and/or cell phone message. Additionally, call-in customers will have the opportunity to select services via an automated phone system.

The Enrollment Services Center is located on the second floor of the UT Tyler James H. Stewart, Jr. Administration Building, room 230. Hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The center offers extended hours during peak registration periods.
