Summer Fun Camp 2025

Summer Fun Camp Registration will open on March 3rd at 8 a.m. 

REGISTER HERE!

All camps run from 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. and are geared for children between the ages of 5 and 11.

Campers can be dropped off as early as 7:30 a.m. and be picked up no later than 5:30 p.m. Campers have the option of purchasing lunch through the University or you can "opt-out" and provide your own lunch daily. We will also provide two snacks throughout the day. Campers will need to come in activewear, comfortable shoes, and bring swimwear, a towel and a water bottle for each day of camp. 

Camp Activities

• Daily free swim

• Swim lessons

• Outdoor time (canoeing, fishing, nature hike, chalk contest)

• Gym games (scooter races, dodgeball, relays, tag games)

• Sports (basketball, kickball, volleyball, soccer)

• Arts & crafts

• Daily movie

All activities are subject to change with weather. Specific camp instructions and reminders will be emailed prior to camp. SPACE IS LIMITED, REGISTER EARLY.

Pricing

• $205 for members / $230 non-members per session
• *$45 lunch fee included in pricing for members and non-members
• Lunches are offered by the university food service provider. You may opt out of the $45 fee by using the code "NOLUNCH" at checkout.
• UT Tyler Faculty/Staff ONLY discount pricing must be done in person in the HPC Office.

Session 1: June 2-6
Session 2: June 9-13
Session 3: June 16-20
Session 4: June 23-27

Session 5: July 7-11
Session 6: July 14-18
Session 7: July 21-25

 

Refunds are not available once camp(s) have started. A $10 administrative fee per registration will be applied to all cancellations up to 5 business days before the start of camp. Cancellations within 3-5 business days prior to the start of camp will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given within two business days of the first day of camp.
