Due to countless versions of Android and iOS devices, Technology Support is unable to provide support for non-university owned devices. Links to some of the most common manufacturer support pages can be found below. If you don't find your device on the list, please reach out to your phone manufacturer.
If you are running an older model phone or tablet and are concerned about encryption causing issues, we recommend checking your e-mail through your devices web browser by logging on HERE as a way to avoid having to encrypt your device.
