Biography
Leah joined the UT Tyler Career Success team in 2018 and currently serves as the Director of Career Success. Leah is a Board Certified Coach through the Center for Credentialing and Education as well as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
Prior to joining the UT Tyler Career Success Team, Leah had over 13 years’ experience in training leaders from all walks of life. This experience included providing direction and leadership to over 100 volunteers in a non-profit organization and most recently working with the Department of Labor to train over 1,500 transitioning military service members how to attain civilian employment.
Leah received a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master of Science in Educational Administration from Pensacola Christian College in Pensacola, Florida. Currently, she is a member of NACE (National Association of Colleges and Employers) and SoACE (Southern Association of Colleges and Employers). Her sincere desire is to propel students and alumni forward in life!
