Lydia J. Hill, a seasoned healthcare professional, transitioned from perioperative nursing to Nurse Professional Development Specialist, excelling in the field for over a decade. In 2020, she earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Tyler, enhancing her strategic insight. She currently serves at Baylor All-Saints Hospital, coordinating training and development for perioperative services staff, fostering evidence-based practices, and mentoring her team.

Beyond her role, Lydia actively mentors young individuals and volunteers at the Dallas Recreation Center. As the owner of "U In Scrubs," she offers innovative, stylish, and comfortable scrubs. Her passion is to improve healthcare through creativity, innovation, and unwavering dedication.
