Born in Jefferson, Justin O’Keith Higgs excels in diverse fields. A UT Tyler graduate with a B.S. in Sociology (2007) and an M.S. in Human Resource Development (2015), he's also a Texas Licensed Attorney, working in labor and employment law and human resources for renowned companies. As a multi-talented artist, photographer, and body painter, he's received numerous awards and had his work featured in various media.

Justin's passion for giving back to the community is evident through his charity art contributions. He's also involved with Rotary International as a Counselor and Advisory Committee Mentor for Camp RYLA, fostering leadership in high school seniors. Currently residing in Houston, he continues to pursue creative endeavors and expand his horizons.
