Center for Cybersecurity and Data Analytics

The Center for Consumer Cybersecurity recently partnered with the Center for Retail Enterprises to host the seventh annual Retail Summit on Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2017 at the Ornelas Activity Center. Featured guest speaker was R. David Mahon, chief security officer for CenturyLink, Inc. Mahon discussed emerging trends and new technologies in cybersecurity for retail and services.

A bonus panel discussion immediately followed the retail summit and lunch. The panel consisted of R. David Mahon, AJ Burns, assistant professor of computer science, and Paula Anthony, VP and CIO at ETMC. The topic was Avoid Being Tomorrow's Headline: Securing Data in Your Organization.
