Minors

History as a Minor

A minor of at least 18 hours in a single related discipline or at least 18 hours of guided electives, twelve of which must be upper division, to be chosen in consultation with the student's advisor.

Social Studies as a Minor

Social studies may be chosen as a minor. A minimum of 18 semester hours is required, nine of which must be upper-division, as follows:

POLS 3310, 3315, 3370, 3372, 3375, 3380, 3385, 3388, 3390, 3395, 4305, 4315, 4325 or 4350 (3 hours)

ECON 2301 and 2302 (3 hours)

GEOG 3320, 3325 or ECON 3305 (3 hours)

GEOG 1313 (3 hours)

SOCI 3321, 3341 or ANTH 3330 (3 hours)
