Students at The University of Texas at Tyler are invited to participate in the 2016 Patriot Days April 11 – 16, Ona Tolliver, assistant vice president for student affairs and dean of students, announced.
Patriot Days is UT Tyler's annual student appreciation week. School spirit and campus community is enhanced with concerts, games, food and prizes.
The event begins with the Crawfish Boil & Patriot Paddle Race featuring Midnight River Choir at noon Monday, April 11 at Harvey Deck on campus.
Other activities throughout the week include:
• Casino Night
• Midnight Breakfast hosted by Student Government Association
• Call of Duty Tournament & Campus Activities Board Bingo
• University Center Celebration & Food Vendor Fair featuring customized phone covers,
Deco-Art, spray can art, food showcase and more
• Spring Wellness Expo
• Freshman Field Day
• Tunes at Noon ft. I.N.K.
• CAB Movie Night – Star Wars: Episode Seven
• Glow Rage ft. Scratch & Bang
• Spring Family Reunion Barbecue
• Patriot Baseball and Softball Games
