Dr. Theresa Naldoza, Executive Director of Nursing and Associate Dean of the College of Health and Behavioral Science at Abilene Christian University, is a first-generation college graduate. She earned her BSN at McMurry University, followed by an MSN at Hardin Simmons University and a PhD in Nursing from the University of Texas at Tyler (2018). Her career began in cardiac/telemetry nursing, transitioning into nursing education.

Dr. Naldoza is dedicated to serving her community through various volunteer opportunities, university service, vaccination clinics, or at her church. She's passionate about teaching, building lasting relationships with her students, and encouraging them to embrace their unique journeys. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family and running.
