Sarah Todd Green, DHS Executive Director of Acquisition Policy and Legislation, oversees procurement authorities, regulations, and policy implementation, impacting 15,000+ DHS personnel and thousands of contractors providing more than $25 billion in goods and services annually to the Department.

As a Senior Executive Service member, she joined DHS HQ after nine years at ICE, where she was the Deputy Head of the Contracting Activity, managing $3.8 billion in annual obligations. Sarah, a Magna cum Laude graduate from UT Tyler, holds an MS in Government Contracts from GWU and certifications in Federal Contract Management. She played a key role in launching the DHS Vendor Cyber Hygiene Assessment Framework and is the Senior Accountable Official for the Make PPE in America Act.
