Megan Utz is a Senior Manager at PwC's Deals practice, specializing in contracts and closing mechanisms. She's a summa cum laude graduate of The University of Texas at Tyler, holds a Master's in Accounting from Texas A&M, and is a licensed CPA, earning an "Outstanding Achievement Award." She's also a Certified Fraud Examiner and serves as the Pro-Bono Committee Co-Chair for Texas Appleseed's Emerging Leaders Council. In her professional career, spanning over six years, Megan advises clients on accounting-related aspects, closing accounts, and post-closing disputes.

Her expertise includes purchase price mechanisms, closing accounts, representation and warranty claims, and complex accounting issues. She excels in negotiating purchase price adjustments and supporting clients in post-closing M&A disputes. Beyond work, Megan enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her Great Pyrenees rescue. She's a dedicated Dallas Cowboys fan.
