Megan Tarrant is the CEO of Clements Fluids, a second-generation family business. She began her career in 2007, after graduating with a BBA. Megan, alongside her husband Chase, joined the family business and discovered her passion for impacting lives within Clements Fluids and making a difference within the industry. Megan started in accounting and later progressed to CFO. Over the course of her 17-year career, the company expanded its footprint from two to ten locations through successful market penetration, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and building onto the legacy that her parents created.
Since transitioning to CEO in 2019, Megan focused on bringing the company’s purpose to life by infusing the values into the daily operations and culture of Clements Fluids. The company’s purpose is to unearth and unleash the God-given potential in every person and every well that we encounter. Megan has learned throughout her career that it takes adding value to our employees and creating intentional and strategic partnerships with customers and vendors to unearth their potential.
Clements Fluids is set to receive woman-owned business certification in 2024, reflecting Megan's strategic placement in the oil and gas industry and positioning for future growth in other industries.
