Dr. Mandolen Mull, Founder of MullMentum Consulting, is a devoted Texas Rangers fan. Holding a Ph.D. in Organizational Development & Change from the University of Texas at Tyler, she boasts a decade of corporate leadership experience and several years of higher education administration. Inspired by her family's political background, Mandolen earned degrees in Political Science, Psychology, and an MBA in International Business.

She collaborates with global clients across various industries. Raised by a master stone mason entrepreneur, Mandolen's appreciation for leadership in trades and manufacturing shines. Her debut book, "Imposters & Influencers: The Intentionality of Leadership," was released in July 2023.
